Many people have contacted us to ask about gluten free products.
We will not be producing any gluten free products. Cross contamination is nearly unavoidable in our facility, and we would hate to make anyone sick or uncomfortable.
That being said, a few of our pastries may be gluten free as a matter of course, and we do stock a gluten free bread that we keep frozen. We can sell it in a retail package, or prepare a sandwich on it. Its quite good – from NYS, called “free bread”.
We also offer salads and soups, of which many are likely to be Gluten Free.
